RESERVATION POLICY:
To secure a reservation: 25 % or Two Night deposit
(whichever is larger) is required immediately
to hold your requested dates. THE RESERVATION
IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL THE GUEST HAS RECEIVED
WRITTEN OR ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATION FROM WHISTLER
ACCOMMODATION AFTER SUCCESSFULLY DEPOSITING
THIS INITIAL DEPOSIT. If the reservation is
made within 60 days of the arrival date then
the full payment is due at the same time as
the deposit. In such situations, the reservation
is not guaranteed until the Full Amount has
been successfully deposited and the guest has
received written confirmation.
Arrival And Departure Date Information:
The arrival and departure
dates are firmly set and may not be altered
by the guest. Arrival in/departure from Whistler
on the scheduled arrival/departure dates is
the sole responsibility of the Guest. Dates
are not alterable or cancelable for any reason
whatsoever including but not limited to Acts
of God such as, flight cancellations, bad weather,
road closures, acts of war, etc.
Check In time is 4 P.M
Check Out time is 10 A.M.

Full Payment Due Date:
Full payment is due 60
days prior to the arrival date. If the reservation
is made within 60 days of the arrival date then
the full payment + deposit are due immediately
to confirm the reservation. The balance on the
full payment may be paid by Credit Card, Personal
Cheque, Wire Transfer, or Money Order.
Security
Deposit:
An imprint of your credit card and
a signed rental agreement form will be taken
upon arrival as a security deposit which the
guest agrees may be used by Whistler Accommodation
to recover costs incurred during os as a result
of the guest's stay, including: EXCESSIVE CLEANING,
ROOM/CONDOMINIUM DAMAGE, TELEPHONE CHARGES,
ETC. ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING: FAILURE TO ADHERE
TO THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN A $500 CANADIAN
DEEP CLEANING CHARGE TO PAY FOR SMOKE CLEANING.
Instructions/Welcome Package: Upon successful
deposit of your Final Payment, The guest will
recieve instructions and a resort information
package. Cancellation: The Initial Deposit is
non-refundable. Cancellation of the reservation
by the guest more than 60 days prior to arrival
will result in a forfeiture of the Initial Deposit,
but the Balance and Security Deposit (if already
paid) will be refunded. Cancellation of the
reservation less than 60 days prior to the arrival
date will result in forfeiture of the Entire
Amount of the Reservation (The Security Deposit
will be refunded). The Entire Amount will be
refunded if we are able re-book the accommodations
originally reserved at an equal or greater price
and for an equal or longer stay. Termination:
Failure by the Guest to meet the payment terms
and schedule may, at the owner's discretion,
result in termination of the reservation and
forfeiture of the Deposit/Full Amount. Behavior
deemed to be inappropriate by Whistler Accommodation
may result in eviction. In such cases all deposits
and payments by the guest are forfeited.
